MaNAP are one of thirty six members of Euro-IX, a European wide association that was formed in May 2001 to strengthen and develop the Internet Exchange Point (IXP) community.  The association brings together European IXPs to co-ordinate technical standards, develop common procedures and share information on best practise.  Euro-IX members meet twice a year to attend workshops and discussions on the latest issues facing IXPs, which aids the continual improvement of the services MaNAP offer.
